Fly Fishing Camps

A group of people, including children and adults, are walking in a single file along a grassy trail by a narrow creek, with fishing rods, under a blue sky with some clouds, surrounded by green trees and open field.

Let the Stream Be Their Summer Classroom

Our fly fishing camps are more than just a week outdoors—they’re an invitation to connect with nature, build confidence, and learn timeless skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Designed for kids ages 8 and up, our camps blend hands-on fly fishing instruction with creekside adventures, environmental education, and space to just be a kid. Whether your child is brand new to fly fishing or already loves the water, they’ll leave camp with new skills, a deeper appreciation for wild places, and a few great fish stories to share.

What Families Can Expect:

  • Expert Instruction: Led by a licensed teacher and experienced guides who specialize in working with kids

  • Daily Creek Adventures: Campers will practice casting, identifying aquatic insects, reading water, tying flies (depending on the camp), and (hopefully!) catching fish

  • All Gear Provided: We supply fly rods, flies, and any needed materials—kids just need to come ready to explore

  • Safety & Stewardship: We teach kids how to move safely through streams, respect wildlife, and care for their gear and environment

  • Supportive Community: Camps are intentionally small to ensure personalized instruction, friendship-building, and a welcoming experience for all

We provide a healthy snack each day and a packing list upon registration. Locations vary based on water conditions and will be shared the week before camp begins.

Join us on the water. Adventure (and maybe a trout or two) awaits.
